Co-founder of HNA Myanmar, Petroleum Engineering Graduate, started his career in Oil &
Gas industry as Multiple responsible roles in Supervision of Petroleum Exploration &
Production Operations in both Onshore and Offshore Fields including the Improved
Petroleum Recovery Related Operations on brown fields in Myanmar.
After that, changed
carrier to Oil & Gas Exploration and Drilling Supervision for Land rigs in Central Myanmar Oil
fields. Continued working as Drilling & Workover Engineer, Project Engineer including in Well
workover, New Infill wells, EOR operations and Hydraulic Fracturing for Hydrocarbon
Incremental.
He worked for the biggest onshore 3D seismic project of Myanmar, as a Community Engagement
head in field until finish a deep exploratory well. He also Introduce a H2S safety culture to
Myanmar with a safety service company in Onshore and Deep-water explorations. In 2019,
he started to launch a national operator role of local partners and investors.
Now, HNA Myanmar
is in progress.
With almost 4 decades of experience in geological sector of onshore oil and gas
industry especially in Myanmar, he brings a strong knowledge when it comes to
exploring new oil and gas prospect.
He started working for state owned enterprise
(MOGE) in 1984 and served in geoscience related operations in Myanmar Onshore
Wildcat Wells including Payagon Deep Test (Delta Area), Ondwe Deep Test (Magway
Area), Kyakite Test Well (Delta Area), Myinmu Wildcat 1, Thayetkone Well 1,
Tamagyaw Well 2 and Indiaing Test Well 4 & 5 and also play the General Manager role
in 2017.
He successfully came over the milestones of his career life. He had robust
experiences on both of onshore and offshore hydrocarbon locations. His most recent
role was Geoscience Manager in HNA Myanmar and looking for the precious
opportunities to expand his massive geological acquaintance and contribute to energy
sector of Myanmar.
Mr. Soe Win holds a bachelor degree in Petroleum Engineering from Yangon
Technological University (formally known as, RIT) and has over 40 years’
experience in Myanmar Oil & Gas Industry with a strong focus on drilling and
production sectors.
Starting from 1983, he started his career in drilling and
production industries and served various fields such as Ywama Central Gas
Control Sation, Apyauk Oil & Gas Field, Pyay Oil & Gas Field, Tanine Test Well,
Indaing Oil & Gas Field and Production Department (Head Office) in upper
management level.
He has excellent interpersonal, written and verbal
communication skills with a broad knowledge and experience in PSC contracts,
Gas Sales and Purchase Agreement (GSPA) and related contracts. Mr. Soe Win
has been providing strategic solutions to Technical Management team as soon
as he joined to HNA Myanmar and his combination of experience and talent
would be the core value of future Myanmar Oil and Gas Industry.
His First Step into Oil and Gas Industry Was 9 Years Ago Majority in Oil &
Gas Software Engineering in Global Leading Oilfield Service Company.
Then, He Changed His Specializing into Oil and Gas Production
Operation.
He, Aung Ko Oo, has Wide Range of Knowledge and
Experience in Oil & Gas Production Which Also Involves EOR Methods
After His Experience in Mann Oil Field, IOR-4 (Pyay), IOR-6 (Myan Aung)
And Well-Known Oil Fields in Central Myanmar Such as Chauk and
Yaynanchaung.
His Professional and Smart Working Is Valuable for HNA Oil & Gas
Limited In Enhancing Commercial Hydrocarbon Production.
Being an Oil & Gas company, HNA Myanmar Oil & Gas Limited takes
care of its personnel and the environment in which it operates. In order
to fulfill the environmental and safety standards, HNA’s HSE Controller,
Kyaw Thiha Soe, is responsible for establishing, implementing and
monitoring the Environmental Management Plan and Safety
Management System.
With his professional in HSE not only in Oil & Gas Field but in general
construction, HNA believes its oil field operation and services will be
done without lost time injuries.
Being One of The Paramount Technical Members in HNA Myanmar Oil &
Gas Limited, Yan Naing Htoo, is A Professional in Oil & Gas Exploration
and Drilling. His Consideration and Decision Are vital to HNA’s Entire
Petroleum Exploration Operation Which Need to Be Done Everyone
Safe.
His Experience in Oil & Gas Industry Ranges from Exploration Phase
(Block MOGE-4, RSF-5 & PSC-K) To Drilling Operation (Block MOGE-3).
With His Alertness and Perception on Health and Safety, HNA Working
Environment in Oil Well Drilling Will Be Free of Incidents/Accidents.
HNA’s youngest member, Thurein, is a recent graduate of the
Technological University (Thanlyin) with Petroleum Engineering and a
majority in workover and drilling.
With his background in the Petroleum Engineering, Thurein is a quick
learner with endless creative energy. Along his time at HNA, Thurein
Min Lwin has done it all, from planning workover operations to Oil &
Gas well drilling.
